Should have rating for ZERO stars!!!

Stay away!!!!!! Been going there for 10+ years under various ownership.Lets just say latest is the worst!!!.I pod connected to my vehicle was stolen.Management claims "video cameras everywhere" absolve them of any theft claim-Even though someone rode in car all the way through wash where you cant see them!?! .Said they would review & get back to me (no one ever called) Had to go there in person 3 times & speak to various people claiming to be the "owner"----Refused to make good!!- even after owner tried to solicit my help to get HIS employee (who he referred to as a "Junkie") Fired.What a load of crap!!! -Car wash by Horseblock rd does better. -So They will be getting my business from now on.Shame on them!!! because this location was more convenient.I Guess short sighted business ethics will be their undoing -with that & the other reviews I do not expect them to last long,maybe the next owner will read this & do better-Current ones dont give a crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
