I was most satisfied with Total Roofing's professionalism and efficiency. They were there, they got the work done, and then they were gone and everything was good.

Scott comes off as a good guy until there is a problem. The work done on my house was shoddy, at best. The edge of the roof was crooked and if I didn't keep on them it would have stayed that way. They broke a vent pipe on my roof and wouldn't take care of it. An employee with Total Roofing lied to the BBB and said that I wanted to get lawyers involved when it was, in fact, them that would get lawyers involved. They didn't show up to an appointment to address other damage that occurred due to the broken vent pipe. There are plenty of other better qualified roofers out there.

Total Roofing has always done a great job for me at a fair price and in a timely manner-Scott the owner is awesome and I appreciate them working with me on my insurance paperwork I would highly recommend Total Roofing They are Fantastic-

We are buying the house we are renting and had to go through the landlord to get the roof fixed. Total Roofing should have contacted us after dealing with the landlord to get everything coordinated and explain what was going to happen. That didn't happen so we didn't know that they were doing the backyard shed too. We left the dog door open and thought nothing more of it. When I came home to be here when the work was being done, one of the workers was kicking at the back fence where the dog was going nuts at him. To add to it when I asked if he needed to get in the backyard he said yes, so I locked the dogs up and they never went back there. To add to it, I didn't know if the dish on the roof needed to be removed by me or them, so when I asked the workers didn't speak English very well, but I know when I am being cursed in Spanish. When I called to make a complaint, all I got was a pathetic sorry and they continued to work on my house. Find someone else to do your roof, even if you have to wait a little to get it done.

Total Roofing came to my rescue! I am going through a tuff time; after explaining my situation Total Roofing was compassionate/understanding. They did exactly what they said they would & when. It made me happy to see how proffessional, clean and prompt Even though they knew I was in a seperation situation prompt payment may be difficult depending on the actions of the other person they were proud to take on the job.Never once did they make me feel bad about how long it is taking to be fully paid and I stay in contact with them to keep them updated. They were always friendly, kind and helpful. Even when a problem arose with the ins. check, they did all they could to get it fixed. Total Roofing takes the stress out of stress and the design of my roof looks much better than before , I even have had neighbors stop and compliment..I would recomend them to my own grandma is she needed a roof. I trust the completely ,Thank all of you so much for you kindness and cocern Robin Cleveland.

I highly recommend Total Roofing. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to have shingles replaced and repaired and the work was completed the next morning. Tony was very polite and professional. Their prices were very reasonable. Finally, a roofing company I will call back if I need work on my roof!

Customer service was available on a Saturday with the sales person calling me back within the hour. Worked with me in getting a great upgrade at a reasonable price. (Plattinum 15 yr. warranty) Saved me $500 because of price increases of roofing materials, and letting me know the timeline of those increases. Changed colors at the last minute and was met still with professional courtesy of the sales person and staff. Contract listed materials warranties and time of payments in what was changed on my end due to my insurance company lagging. Changed venting on my roof to a ridgeline system and received a better underlayment felt per understanding my needs as a customer, and the needs of this climate . Excellent followup before, during , and after roof installation. Installers of the roof had new equipment and were overall easy to deal with. Total Roofing totally ROCKED my two story house. :) I know, because I interviewed seven other roofing companies.

Average quality work. Above average pricing. We have had a hard time of trying to get the work done promptly.

Handled all of the crazy papperwork. Fixed everything on the adjusters estimate so we diddnt need to hire 5 diffrent contractors. Upgraded us to an awosme platnium warranttee and only cost us our deductible. Thanks Total roofing!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very dissatisfied with the runaround from "TOTAL ROOFING". They contracted to do certain repairs on my house back in Sept and all that has been accomplished is the roof, they claim to contact other contractors to accomplish the other repairs and nothing has happened. They are unreliable and do not follow through with customers. Here it is December and no completion in site. I have contacted them numerous times on the status of repairs and I don't get a call back. My insurance company has been contacted to hold any future payments. I am following up with a complaint to the BBB and possible legal action.

Total Roofing was clean and very professional. They are prompt and I never had to make a 2nd call. I would recommend Total Roofing to anyone for any job. They did my roof, siding, and interior work and it was Excellent. They are the top of the line for a restoration/roofing company.
