When our small law firm decided we needed to update our phone system, I was completely overwhelmed. I know NOTHING about telecommunications. I got bids from several companies and KCG hit our price point, but more importantly their customer service is outstanding. They are quick to respond to phone calls and email and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Ken and Aaron are especially helpful and never lost patience when I asked question after question. This transition could have been a nightmare and it went off without a single solitary problem! Many thanks guys!

Not only is KCG Communications professional and knowledgeable, but their customer service is like no other. We continue to be pleasantly surprised by the service we receive from KCG.

In this world of bad customer service, automated phone answering, we will get to you when we can kind of companies, KCG stands out as having the kind of business ethics that have been lost. We have been dealing with KCG since 2005 and there are not enough good things to say. They answer the phone, they remember your name and your company, they have the best customer service, they have the same people working there for years which says alot about what kind of company it is. If you are looking for a new telecommunications company, run don't walk to KCG. Thanks guys for all you do!

Our company has been struggling with dropped calls, because of issues with our carrier service, for months! And call and after call to the repair center was not producing any kind of resolution.We purchased our phone system hardware from KCG Communications several years ago. And earlier this week we contacted Ken O'Grady, who we assumed would be familiar with the lingo and carrier systems. We asked if he could possibly assist us in trying to get the carrier to even LOOK at our problem.Ken was very gracious and helpful!! He opened a repair ticket on our behalf, and stayed with the issue until it was resolved. He had, absolutely, nothing to gain in this process....but, was kind enough to help. The carrier, finally, sent a serviceman who concluded that we did, indeed, have some faulty equipment.Without Ken's help we would probably STILL be waiting and going through the frustratiion of dropped calls with our customers and dead phone-lines. Definitely, not the way to run a successful business. So, we appreciate Ken and his help, very much!

Having worked with KCG for two years now I can honestly say the level or service we receive goes above and beyond. This is a company with integrity and values. They have provided our company efficient and cost effective telecommunication system. Their consultant service to find us the best way to bundle all of our service was outstanding and saved us 50%. They stand by what they offer and assist when the issue is not even their own (billing and service provider connection issues). They are a pleasure to work with and the entire staff works together to give you outstanding service and value.

We were negotiating with a prospective tenant on a building that had been vacant almost 2 years. When the tenant told us that they could not lease from us because they could not get telephone and internet service in less than 90 days, Charlie came to the rescue. I asked Charlie to call the prospective tenant, he arranged for their phones and internet, and they signed the lease. This lease is for 5 years and has a substantial positive impact on the cash flow of our company.

We Have been working with KCG Communications for over 10 years now and they have always provided great service.They did all our cabling for our telephones and computers when we moved, and even coordinated our line services.When we have a question or need something done they are always right here willing to help.Thanks KCG

Our building got hit by a lightning strike, and knocked out our our telephone system. KCG came out, worked with our insurance company and was able to get us back in service with a new telephone system the same day. Great people and great service, can't say enough!!

We opened our office about five years ago and used KCG (after much searching) to provide our phone system. Not only did they provide the system, install it and train everyone on it, but they also worked with our provider so that we didn't have to deal with it. We have had no issues. When we recently expanded, it was as painless as can be and quite cost effective. Highly recommend

I have worked with KCG Communications for over nine (9) years and in that time have found them to be extremely professional, knowledgable and always willing to go that extra step to get the answers I need. When service is required on our phone system they are very prompt and efficient in getting and keeping us up and running, which is extremely important for us because the majority of our business is done thru phone and fax!Because of the extreme knowledge that the owner, Josh Beram has he was able to save Krayden a considerable amount of money by scrutinizing our various phone bills and making valuable suggestions on how to lower and even eliminate some of our bills!I can't say enough good things about this company. They are indeed an asset to our company as well as a partner!
