Mike and his staff worked with me to not only save money, but make my 2014 Camaro SS look way sharper then it did before the accident. Saved me $1500 from what the guys done the street wanted to charge me. They have fixed little things for me for free since then and get the work done fast. Mike treated me like family and I am sure he would for you too... take this advice and save and go see them at JD Image.

Opposite to the reviews left previously, I had a fantastic experience with this business. I brought in my vehicle after a car wreck and I was greeted with kind words. Anything planned to be done on my car was consulted with me, and my car was worked on according to what I paid the business to do. I appreciate this great experience and will definitely reference them to my colleagues!

This business was amazing! I love the workers and received amazing service. If anything were to ever happen to my car again, I would come here! I had hail damage a while back and went to JDImage to receive repairs, and they did a fabulous job!

JDImage has serviced my vehicle on several occasions! My most pleasant experience was when I severely needed a paint job on a car I inherited from my grandfather. The older paint job was fading and chipping, and I was embarrassed while driving around the city. So, I was recommended to this business by many of my older friends, so I gave it a shot! I received my vehicle with a perfect, shiny, and new paint job and I couldn't be happier. I was sad to see that there were a couple of bad reviews and I do not think that JDImage deserved them. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with the employees and owners of this shop and will definitely come back in the future.

All out paint job

I dropped my off my 2013 dodge ram truck that had extensive hail damage on it! They were very professional about giving me all my options with the vehicle before I made my final decision on what I wanted to do with the insurance check. They went out of there way to fix extra things on my vehicle that needed attention. We decided to paint the whole truck and new color. All I have to say is WOW! The attention to detail was extremely immaculate! I recommend this body shop to anybody wanting to get a good full psint job done! 5stars

Once again I would like to extend you both an apologie that you had such a horrible time with your MITSUBISHI. We never want anyone to feel mistreated with our bussiness. We gave you copies of your insurance estimate and all your receipts for you vehicle showing replacement of parts. You also requested all the old parts to be placed in the trunk for your keeping which we more than happily honored. If that paperwork was misplaced we would be more than happy to get you copies as soon as possible! In response to your mail concern we most definitely do not want to violate privacy of mail however if we receive mail addressed to us on behalf of you we open them, I do believe we emailed you a copy of that as well. I would also love to show some before and after photos! All of us at JDimage thought your car came out great however if there is anything at all you don't like please let us know and we would love to fix it! We want you to be happy with your vehicle. We do offer 20% off new customer estimates, however that can not apply to insurance because they write there own estimates and they do not use discounts. I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with our company. I however would like to point out that you signed a work authorization, authorizing us to repair the vehicle. You also authorized payment to us through your insurance company. We placed all the damaged parts in the trunk of the vehicle like you requested, along with a printed copy of your insurance estimate. We also have all the copies of the receipts for your new parts that were on your insurance estimate. I would be more than happy to post a picture of your before and after of your vehicle, it was repaired 100% as your insurance company requested, and look extremely well after our repairs. You will find for a future reference when you have a car towed to an Autobody shop and sign work authorization and approve payment to a shop, no shop will return the car back before repairs are complete. We would be more than happy to so whatever we can to make your experience better. We appreciate All of our customers immensely and never want anyone to have a bad experience!
