We used this mediator several times over the course of a year, and she was biased from the start. She made several errors when writing up our parenting plan, and was unwilling to rectify the mistakes. She was completely unprofessional, and eventually stopped returning my phone calls and emails. I would not reccomend her to anyone looking for successful, peaceful mediation.
