Dan and his team from Footprints Floors were an absolute pleasure to work with from the in home consultation to the final walk through. The team was so polite to myself and my family, their craftsmanship is stunning and my project was done early! They were actually able to bump my home up by a week to our surprise.

The onsite installers were some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. They not only installed new hardwood into 3 large rooms in our home; they sanded and refinished our existing floors. We requested a couple minor revisions after completion and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied with the entire project.

I have nothing but positive feedback for Dan and the team. Thank you so much, we love our floors and feel like we are in a new home!

I have a huge No Soliciting sign on my front door and this company is illiterate. They leave flyers anyway.



The next time they do it, I will prosecute.



So ask yourself, do you really want someone coming into your home to refinish your floors when they can't even read or respect signs? Ahh.... NO!



I am going to have my floors refinished but guess what.... Not by this company!

We had Footprints Floors do our living room floors three years ago and loved it so much we decided to call them again to have another room done. They were here when they said they would be here, cleaned up after each day. The person John overseeing the job was awesome. When I had questions he would call me back within a few minutes to clear things up. As before they gave a free estimate, extremely friendly. The only concern I had was the installers only spoke Spanish. That was easily resolved they would just call their boss who was bilingual. Would definitely call them for another room to be made beautiful.

Will give a free estimate! Super friendly employees. The owner came and did the estimate and was friendly, and he gave me different options so I could pick one that fit in my budget. We were getting floors refinished and they did a great job. They are a perfect match to the other wood in our house, and look really nice. Would definitely use them again!

Poor customer service. We should have trusted the reviews instead of giving them a chance. We discussed our concerns with the owner, Bryan, and he promised to take care of us. Well that was the last time we heard from HIM. There was miscommunication everywhere. They messed up a spot and Jeff came back to "fix" it three times. He ended up making it worse and more noticeable. The installers finally came to fix it but I can still see it. Read the reviews and dates. Go with a better company.



Update: It gets better. Bryan, the owner, called my wife and bashed her character, called us liars and harassed her for writing a review. Poor choice of behavior from a business owner.

Footprints recently did our flooring project. They were amazing. There were a couple small fixes at the end, but that's what it is to do a project. I saw the most recent review about them and felt like I needed to defend this well run company. Has that person ever had construction done...ever! She says in her own paragraph how they came back time after time to fix her one spot and that they returned all her phone calls! Sheesh. I'm glad when people show up and I get what I payed for. Everything else is gravy. Footprints is awesome. There's nobody better. People can be crazy.

Footprints has done two fantastic floors for us, and I recommend them. They are honest and dedicated to customer service. Bryan, the owner, has personally come and taken care of the small issues that needed addressing after the fact. Great company to work with.

I needed about 225 square feet of hardwood flooring for a townhouse I was remodeling. I called Footprint floors. They set an appointment, a representative came out, took measurements, showed me some photos of their work, and gave me a written estimate. That evening I emailed to confirm an installation date and to ask for a copy of their insurance. (Always make sure contractors have liability and worker's compensation insurance) They did not return my email, so I called the next morning, and they did not return my call. Either they don't have the insurance they claim to have on their website, or they are just rude and non responsive. Don't bother with Footprints floors.

I was referred here by one of my friends who heard that I needed new hardwood floors. Upon his referral, I called them and after they had given me an estimate, I didn't even bother calling anybody else! Bryan's team was very professional throughout the whole process, even giving me his number should I have any concerns. I definitely recommend Footprints Floors!

They retiled my master bath and the work looks great - they were able to get the work done in just a few days - and the new tiles look amazing! Great guys, left the area neat and clean after they were finished.

They are efficient, competent, knowledgeable, and informative. They seemed to be as professional doing my small job, as you would expect them to be doing large jobs. I would call them again.

These guys are the best in hardwood floor jobs!! They restored my 50-year-old wood floor at home that I thought would never look like a new floor. Way beyond my expectations the floor looks like new again. They are very professional!

I am a type of person that is very hard person to please and this company is made me do that!! They have a great customer service and professional work!! The staff are always on time and they explain first to what they will do before everything else. After the job was done, I was so impressed with the outcome of the flooring and tiling that I also let them paint my entire house which also came out amazing!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!

I hired this company originally for tiling my den and bathroom, but then I found out they are also doing painting jobs, I was amazed with their job. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, since a flooring store sells flooring. The estimate that was given to me saved me 20% more if I hired a painter and plumber on my own. I highly recommend this guys!

I recently had three of my suites refinished (living room & kitchen) and new hardwoods installed in our dining room. I love the way they did to my rooms! My suites looks so beautiful! Their staff are very professional too!

Ty has done many professional jobs for us in the past. He designed and constructed a deck for our pool . In addition to that, he also designed and constructed a deck for our backyard. He then laid tile, cobblestone, and hardwood floors in our home. He is very skilled in all aspects of the jobs he has done. His work is excellent. He is very trust worthy and honest. He will guide and direct you in the most economical means without sacrificing the quality . I highly recommend Ty for any flooring of any type as well as various aspects of construction. He has exceptional ideas and is very creative.

Footprints Floors did a wonderful job for us. Bryan was extremely professional and courteous to our family schedule. He did multiple jobs for us in different rooms and I am extremely happy with all of the work. I will definitely use Footprints Floors with my future renovation projects! My kitchen, dining room and bathroom floors turned out better than I had even hoped!! Bryan was very professional and treated our home with the utmost respect. Another great thing with working with Footprints Floors is that they can do just about anything!!! I was able to take care of a lot of small projects I wanted done with using Footprints Floors, I didn't have to call 5 different contractors! Thank you Bryan!
