I would like to start by apologizing for the service that you received. I strive to provide excellent customer service, and am sorry that you did not receive it. As for the condition of the showroom, Christmas time is our busiest season and we turn lot of inventory. We are constantly putting new inventory out, and the trash doesn’t always make it out immediately. Our showroom is not regularly in t that condition, so I apologize for that as well. My husband & I are in the market for a pool table so we decided to go to Fodor's in Centennial.. what a waste of time & gas. For one.. the customer service was horrible. The woman working there didn't say a single word to us when we walked in & never said anything to us the whole time we were there. The store itself was disgusting.. everything was covered in dust & trash. The pool tables & game tables had pieces of cardboard, plastic bags & other pieces of trash scattered on them. I've never seen a store so filthy in my life.

This is the best store for game rooms. I have purchased 2 Olhausen pool tables for different homes from Fodors and have experienced only the best customer service. They really stand behind the product and really have the most options.

I purchased a pool table from these clown and I wish I never did.the pool table has problems with the finish which they said wasn't covered by the warranty! There customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!

I purchased a pool table from Fodor Billiards and have had nothing but problems ever since. The finish on the legs and rails dont match the cabnet and owners son Tony Fodor told me that he couldnt do anything for me. The table is not level and again he refuses to do anything for me. i wish i never had purchased the pool table from Fodor.

We had looked around for a good pool table and bar stools for months and after getting the run-around and getting tired of people offering you a great deal on their floor models, Fodor worked with us to fully customize the one for us, and at a great price. We also got our theatre seating and barstools there too, and everything is truly made in the USA that we got.

We jsut got our Olhausen pool table from Fodor's and couln't be happier! It's great to be able to work with a locally family owned business these days and they went the extra mile. If you are looking for any fun games for your home...this is the only place to shop!!!

We just bought our first pool tbale from Fodor Billiards and love it. It was nice working with Christa (part of the Fodor family). I stongly reccomend this store for any game room stuff!
