Do yourself a favor and find another local agent...this guy is better suited to sell cars...all talk and no substance. His misson statement is "overpromise & underdeliver". He will talk all day about how he is on your side and in his words "hasn't drank the farmers kool-aid" an odd thing to say about the company who puts food on your table, a direct reflection of his "say anything to get your check" mentallity. That is a sure sign of a sketchy businessman.



He was my agent for almost 2 years, I have had to deal with multiple payments being deducted as well and erroneous increases being taken from my account.



If you do business with him, for god's sake do not allow them to take automatic deductions, you will spend your valuable time trying to recover them.



There are a lot of good Farmer's agents in Colorado...he just isn't one of them!
