I had a pretty disappointing experience while looking at engagement rings here. I was looking for something unique and found an antique setting that was exactly my taste and the ticket price was $149 (no center stone), within the budget of my boyfriend. We decided to look around a bit but then my boyfriend asked me if I wanted to just get that one. He could tell I loved it. And I couldn't believe I was about to get my engagement ring!!! We returned to the store and started talking potential center stones but I noticed there was not a tag on the ring anymore. When price came up the woman told us the tag was wrong and the price should actually be $500 but they were willing to sell it to us for $300. WOW! What a deal! Now the ring we came in intending to buy was DOUBLE the price originally on the tag!!! Coming from a background in jewelry sales this is the height of disrespectful. I would never return here to give my business to such unethical people. Where I come from the price on the tag is the price a store should honor. I almost got my ring today and the way these people ran their business stopped that from happening.
