Another complaint- I called and emailed Lake Shore Dance one MONTH before the fall session began. Lake Shore Dance failed to return a call or email until after the September session began. They charge a $25.00 drop fee although the class hadn't started and they were not in the office for weeks. Bad business as far as I am concerned. We are now at Grafton Dance Academy and they are much more concerned with teaching girls to love dance than earning a profit.

Horrible service! My daughter had a birthday party there in 2015. Two teachers were supposed to run the party and a parents "didn't have to worry about a thing." What a joke. The teachers came in and did two songs and once the 3 and 4 year olds got bored, they told us to do cake and open presents. That left me and the other parents with 15 bored children. I had to use their props to try and keep the kids busy. The dance teachers came back the last 15 minutes to show parents the dance they taught them. Biggest waste of $250 I've ever spent.
