Had an issue with pricing and they made things right. Be specific on work you need done and communicate your expectations with them is best advise/review I can give.

My husband was told to bring his car to this place today at 6pm. They told him this last week Thursday. When he showed up they turned him away because they close at 6. Then why would he be told to come at 6 if they were closing? We could have gone somewhere else over the weekend and now we are still without a car. Thanks a lot.

Super nice guys...love Carl. They worked very hard to get my Cadillac 's problem fixed. This car is horrible and they were very sweet about getting it right. Fixing cars is frustrating and they were all very professional and clear about what they were doing. I'm sure I'll be back someday given that my SRX is horrible!

Wow, don't really know what to say about 'sumojoe's' review of this business. At worst it's slander, at best it's fantasy. These guys are great and very honest. I've lived in the Cedar Springs area since 1998 and used every auto repair shop there is. They've all failed me in one way or another.



Carl (the owner) is straight forward, professional and very flexible. I drive an older Buick Regal that's had various issues and he's always been extremely affordable in all the work I've had done on it. (It's the 6th Regal I've owned, so I know the car inside and out.)



I teach, so my schedule is very full. The fact they are open 7 days a weeks is a god send. Can't recommend them enough.
