I had my ball joints done by the one on Edgewood Rd. @3 months after I was traveling home and the ball joint snapped in HALF. My car hit the ground messing up my fender and bumper. I had it towed to the same location. They did the repair and told me that they did it at cost. After going to the auto parts store to get my defective ball joint back , I found that they had actually marked up my parts again AND that they got them for FREE as they were lifetime parts. I was told the only way a ball joint wouldn't break like it did if I wasn't off roading or if it were tightened beyond specs. Tuffys did eventually give me my money back. However, I am still stuck with a car with a messed up bumper and fender. Do not use them. They are cheats. The area manager was made aware of my situation and let the manager charge me for the parts.

Not much more than a local mechanics rip-off. Lengthy wait, Fixed one problem but caused another. Will NEVER go back to these guys.
