If I could give them negative stars I would! They overcharged... broke my emergency brake cable without telling me... and wouldn't replace it... and didn't tighten down my lug nuts on my tires.... worst service ever... don't use!

NEVER EVER, EVER under any circumstances take your vehicle to tuffy auto repair.Even if your broken down in there parking lot.Call a tow truck to take it some where else.Thanks to them I now have to put a new radiator in my jeep.Last time they didn't tighten my lug nuts on my truck and almost lost my wheel.

Stay away from this company! Got the oil changed on my Pontiac and the next day it started leaking oil badly. This had never leaked a drop before they got a hold of it. The filter and the oil pan bolt were tight so it wasn't that.A few months later I had the transmission oil changed on my minivan. My wife took it on a 400 mi one way trip to see her family. She called me from KC and told me it was acting funny. I had her check the dipstck and the oil was SO low, the stick came out clean.Clearly these A-HOLES are damaging gaskets in order to get more work!
