Not impressed.

I'm sure this business is good at what it does but when it comes to respect for a potential customer, the gentleman (and I use that term lightly) has none. He recently came to my house to give me a quote and by the end of our conversation he refused to give me a quote based on his presumption that I was gathering multiple quotes to find the cheapest not the best and he basically accused me of wasting everyone's time. Who is competing for who's business here? Even if I was, it wasn't his place to judge me. In fact I wasn't looking for the cheapest, I was looking for who was the most respectful, informative and not priced too high (in that order). I have dealt with multiple contractors in the past and the ones I've selected have not been the cheapest, they were the most impressionable. So, if you want a floor re-finisher who respects you and yours do not hire this guy!######"The most powerful form of advertising is word of mouth"
