Never in my 78 years of living have I encountered a merchant as rude as the little boy masquerading as an adult who handed me my pre-ordered carryout pizza this evening. As I had been delayed in departing for the establishment, I am glad he phoned me about picking up my order. I am not glad about the temper tantrum he threw while I was there. Besides throwing a temper tantrum, he also threw the second pizza (which I had not ordered) all the way from the front counter to the kitchen doors. He then followed that with yelling insults at me as I made my way out the door.

It was indeed my fault that I was late in picking up the one - and only one - pizza that I had ordered. It was not my fault that the person who took the order earlier in the day had failed to record it correctly and had entered two pizza instead of one into the order.

Nothing excuses the crass behavior of the merchant in hurling the unwanted boxed pizza all the way across the establishment nor in hurling verbal insults at me as I exited the establishment. I have always liked Sykora's bakery products but you couldn't pay me enough to go there ever again for any reason whatsoever.
