I moved here from the Quad Cities and I have to say these apartments are cleaner and more comfortable then where I was living before in Bettendorf, IA. The manager Rose is always on top of tenants concerns. The building is safe and quiet and I'm so happy that I don't have to worry about people partying or any noise concerns. It really helps that the manager is on site as well as maintenance. The place is very clean and well kept, Steve the maintenance guy takes care of work orders very promptly, much more promptly than my last apartment I lived in. It is nice to know that when you go down to even just chat or get a dog treat for your dog you are greeted with a friendly "Hello". I would recommend The Roosevelt Lofts to any of my friends or anyone moving into the area that is new.
