Oyama Sushi is the best place ...

Oyama Sushi is the best place to eat in CR, not to mention the best sushi I've ever had! I am a huge sushi fan and love everything, even just plain raw fish. Their food is impeccably fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. The sushi chefs really are artists, and genuinely care about what's going on your plate. If you're going on the weekend, call ahead and make a reservation, they can get busy! The staff is great, the cocktails are great - this restaurant is the only one I've ever been to where my drink gets refilled more than once during my meal!
