So, been banking with these jokers for a while now. Not only did they leave the what they call overdraft protection on my card, which I asked them twice to remove, in person. But for the longest time, I have had direct deposit for my paychecks and they are always late. My co-workers get their money posted at midnight, mine takes anywhere between 3am and 9am in the morning of that next day. Hell, if I wanted it to take that long, I might as well go back to paper and walk into the bank to deposit or cash it and have never offered any solutions to fix it, nor even tried to figure out why it takes so long.

Linn Area has continually been a positive place for us. The people have been helpful and worked with us as people, not just numbers. They keep our interest rates low. They made sure our business stayed local. I wouldn't want to switch!

I have been with Linn Area since 1969 and they have earned my loyalty many times over. I have had very few problems in that time and never had a problem that wasn't immediately resolved satisfactorily. The people I've dealt with have all been caring and helpful, no matter which branch that I happened to stop. Keep up the excellent work!

God forbid you need any help fixing a problem. Good ol' J***** will tell you to use cashier's checks after they WRONGLY take money out of your account causing it to become overdrawn. This is the last straw after a series of problems with this bank including having to come in multiple times to correct loan paperwork that they screwed up on, the loan officer forgetting an appointment and taking a late lunch right when we were supposed to meet with her, and taking too long on mortgage paperwork on a rush job. We went through a different company for our mortgage and then the officer at Linn acted upset that we didn't give him a chance.
