Excellent customer service and quick imputed return. These guys are true best, I wouldn't go anywhere else EVER!

This is the worst IT company I have every experienced a relative of mine took 2 computers in to have then reformatted and have windows 7 reinstalled. Both computers came back with windows 7 installed with none of the software updates and security updates installed. Also they installed Panda Anti Virus on both computers. This Anti Virus is know to be one of the worst Anti Virus programs on the market. Due to this company incompetents and failure to provide standard IT procedures both computers were hacked and virus infected within 72hours of services rendered... Avoid this establishment at all cost.

I was in need of assistance to remove a virus on my new computer. They quickly found the problem, offered their virus protection and assured me that they would fix any other issues that I had in the upcoming months. This is a company with great customer service. They sincerely said, "We just want you to be happy with our work." I totally believe that this is their motto. I trust them to fix the issue for a reasonable price. Excellent people!

Zach and Robert (and Zach's Mom) are the best. I have been going to Computer Heaven for several years. Twice in that time with separate computers I asked Zach if I needed a new computer. Even though he sells computers, he was honest and told me they could get my computer working like new. They did exactly that. I would not trust anyone else to work with my computers.

I really needed some assistance with my computer. Friends raved about Computer Heaven and I saw the commercial with Zach, he looked like such a nice young man. And when I got to Computer Heaven, I was not disappointed. He helped me understand what was wrong, fixed it and showed me how to avoid it in the future. What a great experience.
