My husband and I have gone to Dr. Haganman for years! Will go through our senior years with him as well. Can choose between the Cedar Rapids, Iowa office or the brand new Hiawatha, Iowa office. Staff are friendly, organized, knowledgeable. You won't find a better set of dentists and staff anywhere else in the state of Iowa!

Long wait time, tons of paper work, not very personable, expensive and high pressure. It seems I was an inconvenience to the front desk people by coming in. I don't have much to say about the doctor's work. I just wanted out of there because I was tired of hearing him brag to his assistant about his tailgating. Will not go again.

I just went to The Dental Center and felt very unwelcomed. They were more interested in how much insurance I had and if I would be paying my co-pay today than the pain I was in. So many people walking around in uniforms but no one looked like they knew what was going on. Unorganized front desk. Snobby doctors and the assistant just threw a dribble pad on my chest and went to go talk to her friend the other assistant. No one even talked to me. The doctor was more interested in his assistant than my teeth if you know what I mean!

I've had great experiences with the dental center. Doctor Stovie is fantastic. The only complaint I have is the front desk people don't exactly know what's going on. I had to have my dentist sign a paper and I explained to the front desk lady what it was for but she just made it so complicated. Other than that a fantastic dental office.
