Upfront sales does great job of making you feel comfortable/supported of this stressful endeavor. Not accurate at all about weight/estimate, easily lures you into false sense of security that your possessions will be well taken care of. Did NOT protectively prep home we moved from or into as described. Movers moved things improperly, broke desk in front of us, never apologized, begged us to not report them, threw our boxes down the stairwell, turned specialty wardrobe boxes upside down, left furniture upside down, stacked boxes precariously and then they fell over, placed boxes labeled heavy on top of those labeled fragile, etc. Called company to complain and wrote 3 page letter of detailed issues - with pictures! Calls went unanswered. Had to repeatedly insist they put things right on this ordeal. Later found out moving crew was reprimanded many times in the past for same misbehavior and disregard. Moved last Thanksgiving & still dealing with this months later!
