Wayne came out on a SUNDAY on VALENTINE'S DAY in SUBZERO temperatures away from his beautiful family to help us remove a bird that fell into our chimney that triggered our pressure switch. He changed out the switch and cleaned out the obstruction in the ventilation. Kind, professional and was in and out in under 10 minutes. Thank you Williamson Heating and Cooling!!!

Just had the Guardian Air Purifier bulb replaced after 3 years. Best money I have ever spent. I have allergies and I breath easily with the Guardian Air system. They came the same day I called to replace bulb.

Been calling since November of 2014. Condensation pump on my furnace has been rattling loudly since then every winter. Waiting for a call back, someone to show up.......NOTHING. keep calling every winter and still no response. Today my pump goes out completely and water is overflowing onto my floor. 5 year old furnace has been rusting since 2014. Keep calling, and today the lady on the phone assured me she'd page Don and have an emergency call put in and to wait by the phone. Almost 5 hours later and I'm still waiting. I guess if you know someone personally then they don't think you're opinion of their service/company is important enough. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

Called the owner of this business, he stopped by an hour later on his way from one job to another. Provided phenominal service at half the cost of the other company

Williamson Heating came out on a Sunday. We began having other problems after another heating company had put in a replacement part. The problem of loud hissing and flames blowing out of the furnace were corrected, other questions we had even about our thermostat were answered. We consider the service to be excellent and the price for a Sunday call was very fair. They will be our "go to" company from now on.

I have received honest and professional service from Williamson Heating and Cooling for many years and recommend this company not only for their outstanding work ethics but for their reliability as well. I first called Williamson Heating when I needed a new furnace. Their quote was much better than the others that I had received. They installed my furnace and it works great! Shortly after, I began having trouble with my air conditioner that had just been installed. John repaired the air conditioner for me. After he heard about the unbelievable run around that Illiana Heating, who put the ac in, is giving me, he is going to come to do further repairs without charging another service call. I highly recommend Williamson Heating!

Ms. Cypher - your review has been noted and forwarded to the proper authorities. Your purchase of the furnace filters was reimbursed in full and the issues with your heavily discounted furnace (public, this is my aunt, BTW) which is warrantied were never brought to the attention of the company until our falling out. Shame on you.

Installed new furnance two huge Holes on furnance panel all heat and Air conditioning escaping. Over charged for furnace filter's. Told me 60.00 for 3 found bill in box that they only paid 13.00 for each . They take adva take of Senior Citizen's

These guys show up on time and had the part on his van. I feel that they have great customer service. Much better than the bigger companies that don't care. I'm glad my friend referred them.

I called them out to fix my furnace. they were on time and fixed it quite fast . they didn't try to sell me stuff like all these other companies I would tell anyone to use these guys

we had 3 companies out to look at our furnace and no one could fix it got williamsons phone number from friend and the got here fast and fixed in a 1/2 hr. and they seemed happy to have my buisness i will never use another company as long as they are around
