What a joke! Don't list a house as ready to move in ASAP until it's ready to view. And rude to boot. No wonder you only have one star.

We decided to hire Donna to sell our house because her advertisement is everywhere! She knows how to market herself.

Before signing up the contract, she arrived on time for our meeting but she said she already know the house (because she sold it 7 years prior) and did not need to walk the house. We did a lot to the house, but she choose not to see it. We insisted.

She was very difficult to get a hold of , especially on weekends.

The photos she took of our property was poorly done and we ended up asking to use our own photos.

Our house had multiple offers, but somehow we managed to not seal the deal on several occasions due to her inability to negotiate. We were ready to let her go when we got an offer on the house and the house finally closed. She had to be reminded of deadlines and paperwork to send to us to review, and she kept us pretty much out of the loop on everything. I imagine she is too popular and too busy. If you can go with another real state agent.

I also agree that communication is poor but I was treated very unfairly when visiting this office, I was discriminated against and suffered emotional distress due to the insulting comments made by Donna's assistant. Since Donna never did call me or my realtor back after leaving a number of messages I decided to file a complaint with the bbb. I would never ever recommend this office to do business with, very unprofessional

Donna seems nice but has very poor communications. If you use her you will have to constently stay on top of everything. I would not recommend her for this reason. Other property managers out there are way more help full then her. Stay away!
