My engine had overheated the morning I was supposed to go to a family reunion. I thought for sure I wasn't going to be able to make it. Every other car shop in town had told me it would be at least 4 days to a week before they could even look at my car. When I called, Greg was very understanding. I didn't outright say that this was urgent, but Greg must have sensed it was. He told me "I'll use my biggest shoe horn to get around to looking at it today." Sure enough, two hours after I had gotten the car to the shop, he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Price was very fair. I've gone to other shops in town. You won't find this kind of customer communication or service elsewhere. Greg and Nick are top of the line.
