Provided by YP.comThe customer service here is terrible and no one ever knows what's going on. I actually got hung up on by the rude girl who couldn't provide any information after calling for a week to get a final bill along with random credit card charges that were not authorized by me and could not provide any kind of receipt when the rental was returned. We would never use their service again. Unfortunately, we had to use them per our insurance company but will sure let the insurance company know that there car rental partner is horrible (at least the Catskill location is).
