This place should be shut down filthy dirty and they can never get a order right time for health dept

You see a family of 3 walk in for breakfast, after placing our order of 2 breakfast bowls, a number 2 with coffe, 1 oragne juice, and 1 bottle of water... we waited inside for 10 minutes for our order to be ready, the cashier places the tray with a bottle of water and 1 breakfast sandwich. Knowing there is more to our order we waited again. She comes over and asks if there is problem, telling her 3 people will not be sharing a small sandwich and water, she says she didn't charge for the rest. Now waiting for the rest of the order to be served, we finally sit down, to discover the sandwich was the wrong one too. By this point the manager was called and a full refundwas given. This Burger King has always messed up on our drive-thru orders, but it seems they are the same when you walk in too... We headed over to their competitor's and the customer service was excellent, with a timely order.

EVERY and I mean, EVERY single time my husband and I have gone to this specific BK, we are told on the drive thru, we have to pull over and wait for something. THEN, when we drive back home, we find - THE WRONG ORDER, THEY FORGOT SOMETHING, etc.. This BK needs new management, new employess and start over fresh. I've never seen anything as bad as this. I am NOT exaggerating. PLEASE, something needs to be done about this place.
