great help flat tire and ny state inspection

Went in for an inspection. They told me it would be a wait, so I told them I'd do some shopping across the street at the antique store. When I came back they said I had to adjust my lights and had to wait longer. I never could see well at night after they adjusted my lights. They need to greatly improve their customer service. Many of my family and friends have had bad experiences there. I'd rather push my car to another shop then use them in an emergency.
