​We operate one of the largest fleets of school buses in Maryland along with a smaller fleet of motor coaches. We provide daily public and private school run transportation AND charter transportation on both our school buses and motor coaches. Trips to the zoo, a high school basketball game, Washington DC, the Aquarium, a Ravens game, a concert, business shuttles, summer camp programs, or New York City, just to name a few. The business was established in 1929 by its founding father, Frank Bayer. He provided service to local school systems. We are still under the same family ownership since its inception. The current company president, Hohman Bayer, aka Jr. is the great nephew of the original owner and his son, Kevin Bayer, is vice-president. Barbara Bayer is the general manager. Along with their hard-working, dedicated staff, they have grown their company into one of the largest preferred school bus and motor coach businesses in the Maryland area

I used Woodloawn Motor Coach for a family reunion in August of 2012 and the experience was great. The price for a 29 seater bus was competitive (not the cheapest but not the most expensive either) and the driver showed up 15 mins early. She was very polite to everyone and even took us by the White House even though that stop was not on our agenda. We had some time left over so she add the stop. All of my family members were very impressed with the 4 hour trip.

The driver was great, the bus was great! It was so great that we have another trip planned to Atlantic City on May 16th!!!! Highly recommended.

Great company. My son was getting married, we wanted to get transportation for our guests. My wife called, asked about what kind of service they could provide. The customer service reps. were very helpful. Motor coaches were beautiful, drivers were very professional.My wife & I would highly recommend this company.
