I needed to take down a banner...

I needed to take down a banner at a store location, and when I called to ask if that was something they could do the woman who answered was VERY rude. She immediately took a condescending tone regarding the situation and was very snappy when asking questions. I could never imagine treating a potential client that way, and will most certainly tell people to avoid this specific Sign-A-Rama
