Jesse is great and very thorough however almost every single time I go here they have no money and I have to return hours later. So inconvenient when courtesy would be to have a sign out saying no money so we have the choice if going somewhere else.

they're usually pretty good, however, they failed to record the weight of my plastic beverage containers and i hadn't realized it until reviewing my receipt. when brought to their attention the did try to correct the error with a "best estimate" of what the load could have weighed. i left feeling slightly cheated, but was appreciative that they did what they could to correct their mistake. i will continue using this facility, but not without paying extremely close attention to who and how my business is handled. i hate the thought of having to weigh my stuff at home first just to guaranty their numbers are close, but theypay higher than most of their competition.
