The design phase of the project went well but it has been nothing but problems since. The owner of the company rarely responds to our concerns, talks over us when we bring up issues, dismisses his inability to finish the job and blames it on everyone but himself. Needless to say our pool was never "finished" and we are left with a incomplete pool, trash in our back yard, a water leak, and nothing but excuses. Would not recommend.
