Do NOT use this company for your school bus services. First, they only sent one bus rather than the two that were rented. The bus was overflowing and uncomfortable. Second, they took an unnecessarily long route to the destination making the bus 30 minutes late to its destination and almost causing the passengers to miss the whole point of the trip. Third, they were 45 minutes late picking passengers back up from the trip. Fourth, they are consistently unresponsive and provide poor service. They could not be reached at all on the day of when the bus was late. After finally getting ahold of them, we were promised a 10% refund for the poor service mentioned above and have still not received it two weeks later.
