Michael Kossen represented us this month (July 2019). He was extremely knowledgeable about the process we were about to go through, he was patient with our questions, helpful with our concerns, and a pleasure to work with during a stressful time. He is an excellent Attorney.

Michael Kossen is a genuine and honest individual. I can only imagine how hard and exhausting a job like his is. He genuinely cares about his clients and I am lucky enough to have experienced this. He truly wants to help others. I have dealt with a few DUI's and have had 3 lawyers prior to him. Michael helped me resolve my DUI and he even helped me get my license back. No lawyer has ever tried helping me do the online reinstatement info. He was a true blessing in my life and I know anyone who hires him will be in good hands.

I would rate Michael 5 Stars. He was able to work with the Douglas County DA and get a significant ticket reduced to 3 points. This was a better than expected result, all done with great communication and integrity. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process, and made sure I was in agreement with his final settlement. Michael expedited the process, and I didn't even have to appear in court. I found Michael online while I was searching for a legal representation for a hit & run charge in June 2016. I was very concerned as I have never had any experiences of criminal defense of any kind at all. Michael called me back the same day even it was very late in the today. He was very patient and very specific about his assessment and advice on the process and potential outcome of my case. Based on the half hour conversation, I decided that he is the right lawyer for me. And I am very glad that I made the right decision and selected him to represent me. He is indeed very experienced and has good working relationship with the Douglas County DA. He was able to negotiate with the DA and get my hit & run case dismissed without any conditions. I only got a 4 point careless driving, which is the best outcome that I had expected.

I got a Dui. After calling a couple other lawyers I decided on Mike Kossen. He treated me respectfully. I completed all my requirements for my DUI, and was still on probation. I went to Florida to visit my mom. I borrowed her car and got a ticket for speeding. Under any normal situation it would have been a no biggie, however, I am suppose to have a breathalyzer in my car or my license is not active. Needless to say I got a huge ticket, and a court date for driving without a license. Mike was able to work with the DA and get the charges in Florida dropped! He then proceeded to petition the court for early release from probation. My probation officer tried after 13 months and I was denied. I got a call from Mike 2 weeks later that I had been granted early release from probation. I would recommend Mike to anyone I know! He kept me sane while going thru this process and he always guided me the best way!

We would highly recommend Michael Kossen for any legal needs. He is well versed in the law and has a good relationship with others in the legal system. He has earned the respect of others in his field. He is very professional and caring to those he represents and their families. We were impressed with his ethics.
