It has taken me a long time to write this and I am unsure why. But I really do need to tell the world about Heartlight Family Clinic and their staff. For many years I was told that I had autoimmune problems, anxiety, fibro, things just in my head. No doctor would listen to me. I even went the day before coming to heartlight to another doctor as I was in a car accident. He said that my pain in my chest was caused by high anxiety and I needed to calm down, I went to heartlight and Kim was absolutely amazing. She listened to me and when I say listened, she actually listened. We spent over an hour together, she learned all about me and what was going on with me. She made me feel like I was a human that was wanted and not someone just out to look for drugs or what not.
After she diagnoised my chest issues which was a real problem, she got to the root of my overall health and problems. She dove deep and talked to others, she went above and beyond for me. The whole entire staff did.. When she finally came back with a prognosis, I was devestated. Not something someone wants to hear or know they have.. Instead of Kim dismissing my feelings while I was balling my eyes out, she sat on the phone and listened to me cry and told me it was okay. She found me a doctor to help me and not one time did Kim turn away and give up.
Even a week after the fact her front office staff and front office manager Shelby called me to make sure I was okay. They cared that much knowing how I felt and they wanted to just check on me. If I could give anyone one piece of advice, So, Call make an appointment. Talk to the front staff, talk to Shelby. Talk to Drew my absolute FAVORITE Med assistant and Phlebotomist of all freaking time.. Schedule an appointment with Any dr. But if you don't call them, you will be thoroughly disappointment in yourself. I recommend everyone here and I will for the rest of time.. Thank you Heartlight. Thank you for not giving up on me and thank you for being amazing.

Katrina and her staff were very professional and friendly. They schedule me very fast. Their clinic is clean and you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. I will highly recommend this clinic.
