Called to see if they sold parts and was informed that they had an 800 number I could call, but she would not give me the number because she had to answer another call. Bad service if you ask me.

I called at 9:00 a.m. and Rodger was out at 11:30. Fixed my fridge and was done by 12:30. Rodger is the nicest guy! Knows his stuff! :)Will call again if any other appliance breaks! I would DEFINATELY recommend.
