I once lived in the Casselberry area and I discovered the friendliness , professionalism and craftsmanship was was like no other . When they fixed my jewelry it stayed fixed like the other places I went. So years later , now I live North of the Ocala forest , I will drive all the way to Casselberry to have my jewelry repaired. And now that I am getting married , I told Mary abut what we were looking for, she researched types of unusual bands and now we picked out bands that we didn't see anywhere else. The Jewelers work bench does quality work at a great price. I highly recommend their services, so long as you don't mind waiting for weeks for a returned phone call or rudeness.

My son dropped the bomb on me that he wanted to propose to his girlfriend for Christmas...on Dec 21st! I called Jewelers Workbench and they sized the ring set I had for him in two days!!! Talk about a rush. He had given me the incorrect size and they were even able to catch it and then refunded me the difference for the smaller sizing without charging a rush fee. The store staff is friendly and honest. I had been quoted more than double their charge at other places. The work was superb! We are so very pleased! I just bought an antique piece that I can't wait to take in for sizing and restoration. It is great to know I have a good jeweler,

My husband & I went to Hector 15 years ago to get our wedding rings done. He took my sketch & created my dream ring set. I still look at them to this day and love them. He does wonderful, quality work. I've recommended several others to him for their wedding rings. Thanks, Hector.
