Dr. Pattan and his nurse are excellent . I was suffering with my thyroid being out of whack for a long time. However, for whatever reason, the ability to leave a message for the nurse was taken away which has resulted in miscommunications that normally would not have happened. Several times I have had to leave a message with the receptionist and the info did not get passed along. I do not know why they took this away. When the nurse is busy it is really helpful to be able to leave a message. I have always received a prompt call back when leaving messages for the nurse.
