I will never use them for a car loan again. I have been in 3 times turning in our car insurance and today I get a lovley letter saying I am late on a payment. I have never been late! I went in and come to find out they put me on their insurance and added $404 to my payment and that was the "late" part. An hour later they realized they did have my insurance but not my lean holder! The lean holder is THEM. They took off the charge and wasted my time. My advise would be to use a different company.
