Not only is Phillip an attorney for hire he is also the prosecuting attorney for the city of Evansville, this is where he likes to pretend to be a big city DA putting away violent criminals when in reality he prosecuting people for misdemeanor offenses. If you attempt to plead innocent on a charge he will throw a fit like a 16 year old girl and threaten,scare, and harass you until you finally decide a fair trial isn't worth it, you'd rather just get away from this SCARY man who looks down on the entire world with his nose in the air. So you plead guilty even though you didn't want you. Not to mention his face has a mind of its own, it will twitch and move around like he's on meth, which by the way he acts isn't a stretch. I say this guy needs a reality check and some simple human compassion, or a drug test.
