Fitness one has a great smoothie bar. I have use it a couple of times. They have a great variety to choose from.

They are top notch. They have a good variety that provides a wide majority of the basics that they want.

They frequently give discounts for initiation fee and they let come in and show you around. they have day passes available so you can check it out and make sure you are making the right choice.

Fitness one has a smoothies bar, it's great after a work out- especially in the morning. It's a huge plus. I like the different variety of flavors they have. Pumpkin and key lime are my favorite.

I like that the gym is divided into two sections. And they have everything that you need.

I love working out at Fitness one, it seems very positive right when you walk in, they always greet you at the door and are energetic and always have suggestions on what to do.

I have been a member at Fitness one for like 6 or 7 years. I really like that they offer so many great classes. I have tired some of them and I would like to try more. My favorites have been kickboxing it was really hard but great and the insanity. The instructors are all very good and work you hard.

One of my favorite classes at Fitness one is the ripped class. The instructor is good at giving you variations as you get older and cant do as much they give you things to do that modify the moves I find that really great.

Kim is extremely knowledgeable about what works best for me and what doesn't. She is a good trainer and I appreciate her work with me to get me fit!

Everyone at Fitness One is very outgoing and exceptionally nice. They go out of their way make sure customers are happy!

The cardio theater at Fitness One is awesome. It makes working out enjoyable and entertaining.
