I had a wonderful experience ordering flowers to be delivered for an anniversary. The book-keeper, Janice, was very pleasant and helpful.

I ordered a corsage for homecoming and was to pick up at 10am. I was late and they closed at 12. I knew that I was not going to get a refund, but called on Monday to advised the store that it would have been appreciated if the clerk advised me of the short store hours on Sat. Upon calling the store, the "book keeper" was very rude and did not even give me the time to speak. This was my error and a lesson learned, but due to the unprofessional nature of the "book keeper", I will not purchase anything there again and will tell all who ask.
