I have been to Richs auto several times now in the past year. Rich always fixes our vehicles quickly and fairly. I recommend Rich to take car of my cars.

I took my vehicle to Rich's because it was overheating. He said the head cylinder was cracked and nothing else was wrong. 900 dollars later he claimed to fix it. I drove a block down the road and the temperature gauge began to rise once again. I called Rich again and he said "I don't know what to tell you." After 900 dollars the problem was still there. I took it to another shop and the water pump was bad. The water pump was missing pieces but Rich said there wasn't anything wrong with it. Don't take your vehicle to this shop unless you want to be robbed of your money and still have a broken down vehicle. He clearly doesn't know what he's talking about.
