After being told they had a car they didn't then when insurance authorized 30 a day they still wanted five more for an impala and it wasnt my fault they fought and fought for two hours till my broker had to pay difference

Too much corporate control not enough kindness or help when most people rent due to a recent accident or problem

Not happy at all
