I had a old a/c unit that quit working. Called several local companys for estments. Some others were a little cheaper but the gentlemen that came to my house was a real professional. Went over all cost associated with the unit and the follow up. Unit was installed on time and below the original bid. Would highly recommend to any one in need of A/C work or unit replacement.

I was very surprised at the response time and manner in which my home unit was serviced. In my profession, I am a Loss Control Specialist for the Insurance Industry and I look at commercial businesses on a daily basis and make recommendations to their insurance companies for corrective measures. I research this local company because I was disenchanted with my contracted A/C contractor through companies that service my specific A/C unit and through AZ BBB. After noticing that a couple of minor issues were disclosed, I contacted the company and after discussing the cost of the service call and the cost of refrigerant, I had an appointment scheduling for the same day. The technicians arrived on time and were knowledgeable and provided me the information I needed to make my decision. I agreed to the service and the work was done quickly. I am completely satisfied with the service and cost of service and will call this company in the future for further service. I will no longer use my contracted A/C contractor even though I have a service agreement with them until the end of 2015. It is good to know that a local contractor can more than compete with these high end companies. Glad to be able to spend money in my community. Great job Ruben!

I was hesitant to call this company because of negative reviews. A friend had recommended them because she had a great experience. I have to say, I had the same. They were here in less than 24 hours, on time, fixed a broken part, educated me on my units, relatively inexpensive bill compared to other companies, very professional......exactly what I was hoping for.

they said they would be over in 15 hours 120 hours and they finally show up t work on my unit for the 4 time in 2 years since they installed it

I spoke with a wonderful laday on the phone about my air conditioning problem. The repair showed as promised and did not try to over charge me for things I did not need.

made an appointment, did not show up at specified time, had to rearrange our schedule to meet them!! Then sent a inexperienced moron to look at problem!! Charged $65 bucks to do nothing and service guy didnt even know what he wqas looking at, then got an estimate for more than what it would have cost to install a complete new unit...Total SCAM!!! Piss poor Business dont care about customer service just Screw ya out of $$$$$$ CASA GRANDE Use anybody but these idiots!!!!!

they showed up at my house worked on the AC for around half an hour gave me a 300 bill then left.....not even 45 minutes later my AC quit working

BUT You get what you pay for and this Business is worth the extra.This place has been around for a very long time and for a reason, they are the best at what they do. Yeah they are a little more expensive in my opinion but they are recommended and contracted with some of the pickeiest Customers around. That is proof they are excellent.Not because of Al Rileys is it that I highly recommend saving all receipts. But due to their Suppliers, and Product defects. For Warrenty.
