Arrived towards closing Wednesday after side of tooth breaking off previous night. Asked input on immediacy of repair and was seen within ten minutes. Appointment then made four weeks out. Appreciate the input, prompt service, and professionalism of all Staff.

Great Dental Office ... Love the doctors and staff.

I've been going to Preston Dental for years and I always leave satisfied. The price is always fair and the staff is amazing.

I just had my cleaning done at Preston Dental Center earlier this week and I am so pleased with there service. I go in on my lunch break and they got me in and out at a reasonable time and didn't rush me. I believe the did a thorough job at helping me keep my teeth in great shape. They do that by educating me on the latest technologies and methods available for dental health. I feel they are part of a big help in keeping my teeth healthy and is one of the reason I've been going here all of these years.

This is one of the most relaxing Dentist offices I have ever been too. Its comfortable and the staff and Dr.'s do a fine job at putting you at ease if you are about to undertake a procedure. Going to the dentist is not generally enjoyable but they really do a great job and put in a good effort to make it bearable, and reasonable for you.

I feel that the staff and Dr.'s go above and beyond what is expected at the dentist. Greg and Lisa just do great work and they keep it simple. It is easy to set an appointment if its necessary and they get you in quickly. You don't have to wait long in the waiting room either which is a plus. With a friendly and caring staff I have enjoyed coming here for the past 4 years or so and will continue coming back for all of my dental needs.

Dr. Lisa is a wonderful dentist. I've been going to see her for the last 8 years and there is always a relaxing and comfortable environment in the office. I am always kept very comfortable, she works as pain-free as possible. Dr. Lisa has even come out in the middle of the night to help my wife when she was in pain. The Preston Dental Center has a fantastic staff and I couldn't imagine changing dentists in the near future. -Sam-

My family has been going to see Dr. Mayes for years and we have always gotten the best treatment. I have always found them to be very gentle and they do good work. They are up to date on the technology they use, and whenever we have an emergency we are able to get right in to see the dentist. The entire staff at Preston are fantastic and have done a great job with my teeth. - Nancy

I have been a patient for a few years, and they have always gotten my teeth fixed up and looking good again, no matter what. I broke a tooth and Dr. Mayes came in on a weekend to fix it. Can't thank them enough for what they do. - Ben

In my opinion the main goal of this Dental office is to get money. I was overcharged for the services they did on my mouth, so much so that my insurance would not cover half of my bill. This was just a cleaning! They took advantage of me being a new patient and having insurance under my mom. They also sent me a bill a whole month after the service that did not explain what I was charged for, only showing a balance of 150 dollars. Also they tried to get me to set up consecutive appointments for cavity fillings, cavities that another dentist told me I did not have. Please dont go here! They just want your money!!!
