Indian cafe serving freshly made all natural, pure, wholesome and authentic Bengali desserts and vegetarian dishes. The only in-house Indian sweet maker specializing in preservative free sweets. All sweets are eggless, using age old traditional artisan methods of making Indian sweets. We do not use emulsifiers, chemicals, or preservatives to extend product shelf life in any way. Sweets are either milk, nut (pistachio, almond, cashew) or grain based (gram flour), appealing to individuals with specific food intolerances and allergies, as nothing combines all three ingredients. In addition to desserts, we also have vegan and vegetarian dishes such as samosas, vegetable cutlets, pakoras (fried dumplings), chick pea curry, and kachoris (stuffed green pea bread) including other snack items lassi, masala chai and madras coffee.
