This sushi restaurant just opened. It is near the corner of Maynard and Harrison in Cary, NC. The restaurant is spotless, clean and bright. Both sit down, and sushi bar with the (dangerous) conveyor belt delivery mechanism. You pay by the plate that passes by. Fun and encourages you to eat as much, or as little as you want.



They will also make custom rolls based on your preferences. The owner said the City of Cary would not let them put a "Just Opened" sign out front, so they are trying to attract new patrons.
