last few visits were very disappointing. The drinks at 92cents is a blessing but the chicken seems smaller. The leg was not much bigger than some of the wings we get at other chicken restaurants. The breasts were not hot, just lukewarm and not fresh. Didn't have any legs the time before last. They were frying other pieces and would take another 20 minutes. Couldn't understand why we keep going back but we used to just love it there. The fish we got today was lukewarm, very chewy, and dried out. Not chrispy. The girls at the register taking our order was not able to stand up withouth leaning on her elbow and talked so low I had to keep asking her what she said. Never smiled and just casually gave the receipt back before she turned away to talk to her friends. That has happened the time before we went there too. I asked the girl if she was unhappy or sad about anything. She asked me why and I told her to smile at the customers like she is happy to be alive and working. I am through. 4th time to return in hopes of good chicken and fish. Sorry, CE owner. you may need to watch your people more carefully.

I am giving zero stars. The location in carthage has horrible service never get orders right and always have to wati at least 10 minutes.this location is managed by kids that have no idea what they are doing,and staff is young kids who are extremely rude to customers. This place should be shut down!

Food has always been fast and fresh. They are always friendly too!

Will never spend my money there again ask for lemon juice manager said he can give me two packs go there twice a week never again
