My husband and I have been concerned about our chimney since we bought the house. When we called Sandhills Chimney, Sheila was so friendly and made sure to get us on the schedule as quickly as possible. (This is a family owned business which I am definitely proud to support considering you seem to get better quality service and care.) The week of our appointment Bill called to give us a time frame of when he would be there which was between 9 and 10. He arrived promptly and was very professional during the inspection. He gave us so much useful information about the chimney and we are looking forward to having him replace some parts on the chimney which we were pretty sure needed it before he came. His prices are definitely fair and it was a blessing to have him come out. If you're in need of any of his services then your time and money will be well spent. :)

Called up and spoke to a woman who was informative and helpful. She scheduled the service promptly. One half hour later a man called up and asked me questions that were not at all pertinent to the service I had requested (sales?). I told him I just wanted my chimney cleaned and a chimney cap installed. He presented problematic scenarios for 15 minutes as to getting my service done. It was clear he had no solutions for the problems which he manufactured. Overbearing. Doesn't listen. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
