Provided by YP.comI was disappointed in this company because when Mr. Babb came out to my residence instead of him digging up the ground to clean out my tank he just put the hose down the pipe and sucked out the water and the other pipe that my tablets goes in water was still standing in there and it's not suppose to. I should have seen the whiteness of the pipe. He told to wait until the 4th of july to see results. When I didn't see results and I called him for 4 days straight and left messages and never returned my calls. He took my $267.00 and did not do what he was supposed to so. Now I have to try and pay out more money to another company to try and fix the problem. I will never use Babb Septic Tank Service again.
